Discipleship is not a title. It is a life of daily surrender to God through Jesus Christ. It is not confined to a building or a moment of worship but is lived out continually wherever you are. Scripture teaches that to follow Christ is to walk as He walked. 1 John 2:6 says, “Whoever claims to live in Him must live as Jesus did.” This calling reaches into your home, your workplace, and every part of your life.

Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.

² Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God:

³ And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.

The world we live in is filled with pain, division, and brokenness. People are hurting, relationships are strained, and love often feels conditional or absent altogether. In the middle of all of this, believers are called to live differently. Walking in love is not just a suggestion. It is a command that reflects the very heart of Christ.

Every day you are saying something about who you are, even when you are not speaking. Your words and your choices work together to reveal what is truly in your heart. If Christ lives within you, then your life should begin to reflect Him not just in big moments but in the small, everyday decisions that often go unnoticed.

Faith was never meant to stay in your thoughts or remain something you only talk about on certain days. True faith moves. It shows up in how you live, how you speak, how you treat others, and how you respond to everyday situations. Bringing Christ into your daily routine means allowing your faith to shape every part of your life, not just the moments that feel spiritual.

There is a version of us that the world sees and then there is the version of us that only God sees. The quiet moments. The hidden thoughts. The private decisions. This is where true character is formed. Living like Christ is not just about what we display in public. It is about who we are when no one is around to applaud or correct us.

After these things the word of the Lord came unto Abram in a vision, saying, Fear not, Abram: I am thy shield, and thy exceeding great reward.
